We continue to monitor the advancements and guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking the guidelines set out by the government very seriously and are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our sales team, visitors, and vendors.

Model Drop-In Hours & Guidelines

  • Drop-in hours are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM to 3PM

  • Three people in a model at a time

  • Visitors must wear a mask and gloves (brought by buyer) at all times

  • No handshaking

  • Do not use bathrooms

  • Please do not touch anything in the model homes

  • Please do not visit if you are experiencing any sort of COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been around anyone that has COVID-19 in the last 10 days
